1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “Terms”) define the rules for using the website located at https://artalex.eu (hereinafter: “the Website”).
1.2. The Owner and Operator of the Website is: Oleksandr Riepin Artalex, NIP (Tax ID): 8982303917, registered office address: Szczytnicka 11, 50-382 Wrocław, Poland (hereinafter: “the Operator”).

1.4. Every User is obliged to comply with these Terms from the moment they begin using the Website.
2. DEFINITIONS
2.1. Website — the internet platform available at https://artalex.eu.
2.2. User — any natural or legal person using the functions of the Website.
2.3. Content — texts, images, graphics, audio and video materials published on the Website.
2.4. Support (Donations) — voluntary financial contributions made by the User to support the Operator’s activities and projects.

3.1. The Website is informational and presentational in nature, providing services such as:
- Presentation of the brand and its products (energy drinks, etc.);
- Providing information about social and business initiatives;

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER

7.1. The Operator makes every effort to ensure the continuous operation of the Website but is not liable for technical interruptions caused by external factors or third-party actions.

8. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
8.1. Any complaints related to the operation of the Website may be sent to office@artalex.eu.
8.2. The Operator will process the complaint within 14 business days.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply. 9.2. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms. Amendments become effective upon their publication on the Website.
