1.2. Data processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR/RODO).
2. PURPOSES AND GROUNDS FOR DATA PROCESSING
The Administrator processes data based on:
- Contact (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): processing data (name, email) voluntarily provided in the contact form to respond to an inquiry.
- Financial Support (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): processing data to record the donation and fulfill tax/accounting obligations.
- Marketing and Analytics (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): based on the user’s consent when using cookies.
3. CATEGORIES OF COLLECTED DATA
3.1. Through contact forms: name, surname, email address, phone number (if provided).
3.2. Automatically: IP address, browser type, time of visit, cookie data.
4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
4.1. Contact data is stored until the end of the correspondence or until the User withdraws consent.
4.2. Donation data is stored for the period required by Polish tax law (typically 5 years).
